Download neaType

Follow the these steps to download and install neaType on your Pocket PC.

Installing from desktop computer:

The following files are desktop computer executable files. Download the file suitable for your device and follow the following steps to install neaType on your device.

Windows Mobile 2003	nTSetup3.exe
Windows Mobile 5.0	nTSetup5G.exe
Windows Mobile 2003	nTSetup3G.exe

1. Click on one of the files based on your device's operating system.

2. Your browser will ask you if you want to open the file or save it.

3. Click the Save button to save neaType setup program to your hard disk.

4. Browse to a location that you want to save the installation program and click Ok.

5. The downloading starts. Click Close after download is complete.

6. After download is completed, exit any running programs.

7. Exit any running program on you Pocket PC. (Go Start->Settings->System->Memory->Running Programs and tap Stop All)

8. Ensure device is connected and ActiveSync is running before beginning the installation process.

9. Double-click on the executable file that you downloaded in steps 1 to 5.

10. Follow the instructions provided by the setup wizard to complete the installation of neaType.

Using installation files in Cab format:

Windows Mobile 2003	nTSetup3G.cab

To install neaType using these files, you need to transfere them to your device. To transfer the cabinet files to your device, you can:

• Download them directly to your device,
• Use ActivaSync to send the files, or
• Use a flash memory card.

After transfering the cab file to your device, tap on the cabinet file in the File Explorer.

Uninstalling neaType:

To completely uninstall neaType from your pocket PC select Start->Settings->System->Remove Programs. Then select "Shahab neaType" from the list and tap on the Remove button.

Reinstalling neaType:

If you use one of the executable installation files above, you can reinstall neaType form your desktop computer:

1. Make sure the Pocket PC handheld device is in the cradle.

2. On your Desktop PC go to Start->Settings->Control Panel and select Add/Remove Programs icon.

3. Select neaType in the list and click on the Change button.

4. In the Welcome Page of setup, select Repair and continue following the instructions.
